Raj Thakrey Effect: New Noticeboard in Bihar

We all know that Raj Thakrey (surname also spelt as Thackrey / Thakre) scared hell out of all North Indians, especially Bihari bhaiyyas. The impact (read, fear) was so huge that almost every Bihari & UP bhaiyya had to leave Mumbai almost immediately, in order to save oneself from the goons of Raj Thakrey led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS).

Having said that, we must be wondering what the situation would be in Bihar now… Are they willing to return to Mumbai at all? How they perceive Mumbai now?? Well… this picture of a new notice board in Bihar explains it all…
