“King of Pop” Michael Jackson has finally converted to Islam yesterday in London. He will now call himself MIKAEEL.
The Sunday, London reported that Michael Jackson (aged 50) was dressed in the Islamic garb as he pledged his allegiance to the Quran at a friend’s house in Los Angeles. He sat on the floor as an Imam officiated over the ceremony.
It may be recounted that Jackson decided to convert to Islam after discussing religion in great depth with David Wharnsby and Phillip Bubal, a music producer & songwriter on Jackson’s new album who himself has converted to Islam recently.
