Best way to understand computer technology

When I was young (yes, I was :)), I studied computer technology during Std 12. During that time, computer was not that evolved in my region and my school had just 4-5 computers - all those old, bulky models running BASIC! There was just 1 computer running on Windows 3.1 and no one was allowed to touch it except the teacher! What a shame…

Anyways, what I was talking about? Ok, the teacher really had to take efforts to make us understand what computer technology is and how it functions… The genius that I was :), I picked it up quite easily… But there were a few morons who simply didn’t follow it. Even now they find it difficult!!! So all I wanted to say that it was a herculian task for tutors to make students understand computer technology and its jargons.

I recently bumped upon an “innovative” diagrammatic representation of computer technology that precisely defines what it is… And yes, even morons can understand it pretty fast now!!!
