As reported by me earlier, I was facing a really tough time with getting Broadband Connection from AIRTEL. I have sent multiple emails to Airtel and have made numerous calls to their customer care. All was falling on deaf ears and blind eyes… At least that’s what I thought. However, when I finally escalated the matters to 121@airtel.in and nodal.west@airtel.in, things finally started falling in line.
After a few more calls, Airtel finally gave in. I should say, Airtel fell in line and finally installed Broadband connection at my place. It was a victory of a consumer over errant service provider; it is a victory of a common man over a roudy organization… I am now quite happy that I have a fast Broadband connection, though I got it after a long wait… But all is well that ends well.
