My mind is in dilemma – 1

As I have penned down my thoughts about why I would not vote in the General Elections in India, I was surprised to observe that there are many people like me who DO NOT wish to vote for a government which does not help them in any way. As per the latest estimates, only 50% of people from Mumbai & Maharashtra have voted. I am sure the numbers would be similar in other states, if not less than 50%.
